Samuel Karaba
Samuel is from Bratislava, Slovakia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics (BBE) from WU Vienna, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) through BBE’s double degree program. He continued his studies at Bocconi University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Sciences and was accepted into the double degree program with Keio University in Tokyo, where he obtained his Master’s degree in Economics.
He gained professional experience as an intern with the Slovak branch of Citibank Europe, supporting client portfolio management administration and activities within the CCB department.
His primary research interests include Financial Econometrics, Portfolio Management, and Asset Pricing.
In his spare time, Samuel enjoys running, watching sports, and traveling, driven by his passion for history and geography.
