Geneviève Buess
Geneviève is from Basel, Switzerland. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen. After graduating, she worked in the private equity department of an asset management firm in Zug for about six months before earning her Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance, also at the University of St. Gallen.
During her master’s studies, where she focused on sustainability in finance, she developed a strong interest in research. Currently, her work focuses on sustainable asset pricing and the sustainability of financial intermediaries.
Outside of research, Geneviève serves as the head of finances at the Trans Safety and Emergency Fund (TSEF). She has a keen interest in classical music, drag performances, and badminton.
